Mostly illegals doing the work for less than $15 an hour in CT as is.
This is so irresponsible for the Democrats to support this in several states.

Yup - if you can’t produce $25 an hour (remember the bennies increase the cost) in goods and services, get stuffed. Sorry, kids. Sorry, handicapped.

Yup.
I remember when Conn. was a beautiful state and a desirable place to live. No state income tax either then.
Except for the gold coast, the rest of it has gone way, way downhill.

Serious inflation is right around the corner. But the Dems dont care. They have an incredibly dumb electorate and just find a way to blame that inflation on Republicans or rich people.

Really stupid. They aren’t doing anything to bring jobs back. They are still doing all they can to destroy business.
This does nothing for entry-level people who are beginning their first job. There will be fewer job openings.
democrats are a$$holes.

Serious inflation is right around the corner. Not really. Wages are so beaten down they have long way to go before inflation sets in.

IN 1964 THE MINIMUM WAGE WAS 5 SILVER QUARTERS. In 2016,
5 Silver Quarters had a melt value of about $15.
WE DONT NEED TO RAISE THE MINIMUM WAGE.
WE NEED TO FIX OUR MONEY!

If you can live in the rural areas around Salisbury (nw corner) or Pomfret (east near Rhode Island), and minimize your interaction with the state government it might not be so bad. The good people I know there lay low, and have lowered their expectations. It is sad.

Exit (to a Red state) planned for spring of 2020 - these things take a while to pull off (family, house, career, etc).
Middle-class technical folk are leaving in droves - good luck on that state budget without us.

Womens issues are economic issues and in Connecticut What the frick are "women's issues"? And, do men have issues? Why aren't they addressed by the government?
