We’ve got some pretty vocal Blacks out there who have switched up parties because of Trump. Man, I’d sure hate to admit to myself that these life-long Leftists have seen more than I could in Trump.
When I reference them, these are people who recite the defense of Capitalism and play down the attempts to divide us by race.
I’ve heard them on other issues too, and these folks get it.

In reality, he doesn’t need to do that. All he has to do is put out the call to the country at large, and it will be taken care of. Put bounties on gang members. Give letters of marquee to all involved.
