Maybe you will pay for training, continuing education, no taxes corporate wise for 10 years, negative taxes like you pay them every year to do business in your tax burdened state.
I fled one party, deep blue Ct to paradise in SC 5 years ago. The happiest day of my life is when I put Ct in my rear view.
Most states try to attract businesses with low taxes and a business friendly government. Now Ct is trying to attract business so that their owners are assured of a late term abortion. Sick. Very sick.

Women have always had control of their bodies:
They can use birth control pills-—very cheap...
They can use as many condoms as necessary-—stack them on, honey!!
They can get their tubes tied.
They can get a total hysterectomy & as a bonus, perhaps not every get cancer in their female parts !!!
The big part of all of the above is that women have to THINK AHEAD & do some of the above BEFORE they lay down & spread their legs.

I wonder why they’re aiming their pitch towards “women-owned businesses” instead of just women. I mean if they really care about women’s rights, wouldn’t they want all of the women in primitive states like AL, MO, & GA to come live in the progressive paradise that is CT?
