Wikipedia has an extensive discussion of the National Popular Voting Interstate Compact, and the legality of compacts in general.
The classification of compacts is not as simple as it sounds. And, it is different from model “Universal Laws,” many of which exist. In other words, “Fifty State Carry” isn’t equivalent to “National Popular Vote Compact.”
This is unconstitutional.
I’m a Nevadan. We’ve been taken over by the Communists. And I tell you what, they had all the help in the world by our Republican leadership.

I do not understand how this can possibly be constitutional. We vote for electors, not president. This is a constitutional office just like senators and representatives. So how can this office be given to the people who lose? It is no different than turning over the Senator’s office to a democrat when the republican won because the democrat won in Illinois.

They need a national election for their senators, or just not send any to Washington. They are now just a territory and no longer an independent sovereign state. They are the Puerto Rico of the west.
