I blame all the misuse of homonyms on using a microphone to type.
The people in question are not necessarily worthless and dangerous.
Rather, they are decidedely unequal and unable to finction in the modern world.
Take a line through “Whir Mans Burden” and you will have it just right.

I think we’re way too late for that. We’re well on our way to being africanizrd.
I reread this every few years, as a reminder.
Most West African immigrants, at least, do fine here. They are educated, productive, and entrepreneurial, they earn as much, on average, as American-born whites, and their kids assimilate and do even better. The ones I know are very cognizant of what they left behind and why, and have no desire to bring it here. They come here to be Americans and to raise their kids to be Americans, In other words, they are exactly the kind of immigrants we want.

He turned out to be wrong. The Chicoms have a very large and growing influence in Africa. However, it’s not through “aid”. The Chicoms are buying farms, opening mines and creating a transportation infrastructure to get those natural resources out of the country. There are already about a million Chinese in Africa, nearly a quarter of the population of whites in Africa. The Chicoms don’t seem to be too interested in local governments as long as they play ball, and don’t seem to be spending much time trying to convert the locals to communism. One report I read on this said that there could be 50-100 million Chinese in Africa over the next several decades, and because of the general anarchy there, I can believe that.

I am not sure that is a bad thing.
That was exactly my thought when I read it.
Decades ago we had a black lady who cleaned our house. One day she told me that she was going to the funeral of her friend who was killed in LaHood at a gas station. Seems that a person [almost certainly black] pulled a gun on her friend and wanted money. She simply didn’t hand over her money quickly enough, so he shot and killed her.
What shocked me then, long ago, was her tone as she told me about the killing - it seemed almost like she died of breast cancer or something, it was just a ‘natural’ death, nothing to be angry about, or want to see ended, just bad luck, something to be sad about.
Maybe the killings were so widespread in some communities that people learn to cope with them differently. In Chicago, we hear about the multiple killings every weekend, but unless it’s got a racial or police angle to it, it’s no big deal, nothing for people to be bothered about - maybe the locals just see them as ‘natural’ deaths, since they’re so common.
