I think if my hubby were still working my schedule would be different, too. He retired very early at 59 1/2 because he hated his job so much and has never looked back. Thank goodness he had a bit of retirement or we’d have been in the poorhouse by now. LOL!
I hope you get more chances to travel. If we lived closer, we could take trips together. :) We DO need to get together again with our “third party” again one of these days, that’s for sure!

LOL! I forgot about Ray Stevens. My guess is that he was high, as well.
My boss was at lunch on the 2nd floor when I texted my co-workers. Later she rode the elevator with a mall cop. She asked him if they caught the guy...”no comment”.

Hey there, Kathy.
It wasn’t as hot today as it’s been and it looks like we have a week in the 80s rather than 90s. We did have a brief shower this afternoon but it was just enough to dampen leaves. Not enough to do the corn much good, though any is better than none, but enough to make Hubby grumble about needing to mow the grass again in a couple of days. LOL
Slight chances for rain a couple of days over the next week. We’ll see if any falls here.
Have you had more rain or has it stopped for now?
