To hell with "goalposts!"

This is about nothing short of Mexico changing its role in the illegal alien invasion of America from being a "pipeline" to a "barrier."

Still waiting for Dems in D.C. to say they will let people who scale the walled enclosures around their homes and then break into their homes have a spare bed for an undetermined amount of time before they can verify who they are before they came into their home(s) illegally.

The Mexican government is mortally corrupt and is not capable of responding in a really meaningful manner.

I can only WISH the corruption was mortal!

Shame on prior presidents and politicians for pandering to that S*** hole country there’s absolutely no reason not to dominate All trade, economic and diplomatic issues with that third world piece of crap

They had plenty of warning not to drink the water

Keep the minimum 5% on until there is actual documented progress that is satisfactory to the president

Otherwise don’t trust these bastards

And the president should also look for ways to leverage fees and taxes on the remittances to the countries with the worst illegal immigration record, and use the proceeds to build the damn wall

Good suggestion . . . diplomatically put a halt to the hoards of illegal migrants. Then there will be no tariffs.

“The Mexicans know they can’t stop the cartels”

I disagree. Mexico does not stop the cartels because the cartels make Mexico too much money. If Trump can cost Mexico more money through tariffs than the cartels bring in then the cartels will be put down.

Remember also the President Trump can also f**k them with remittances.

Mexico could declare itself a “safe
third country” and accept assylum
seekers into Mexico. If they were
to do so, all assylum seekers who
cross illegally into the US could
be returned to Mexico. Easy fix.
