IMO you are correct on the former “act of war”, however on the latter I believe Soros is acting as a source for distribution of contributions by those foreign entities with similar goals (who desire to remain anonymous for obvious reasons) using their money as well his own under the guise of freedom of speech (he’s using our Constitution/laws against us) to pursue their/his aggressive anti-American activities.

Soros is wealthy enough to fund much damage to liberty, and freedom, but to do it on a global scale requires more money than even Soros has IMO, thus the foreign globalists, and their apparent compact with Soros in the United States.
