Bottom line, we have to deal with the present as best we can.

I wouldn’t put Genghis Khan in that group. While he was a conqueror his violence was pointed and was mostly against opposing armies and the ruling classes.
When he conquered much of China he spared the clerks and middle bureaucracy when they made the case that they could compile his laws and distribute them throughout his empire.
If a city surrendered without a fight and turned over their wealth he WOULD kill the city leaders and establish his own people but usually leave John Q Citizen alone.
The rest were true psychopaths.

I stand corrected re: Genghis Khan. I had always assumed, without doing my research, that he was a murdering psychopath.
The world WILL be a better place without Soros and spawn!
