News of Baltimore always brings to mind Pelosi’s papa, “Big Tommy” D’Alesandro.
I can see it now. In a few months, the computers will be fixed and people won’t pay their bills. Suddenly they get a bill for 4-months and will cry about having to chose between food and a water bill. The press will blame the city and water company and demand forgiveness to those that can’t afford it. Watch! Of course the 100 republicans living in the city will responsibly pay each month while the 99 percent welfare people will end up with free water. I see this playing out this way exactly.

I now live near and work in Baltimore. I used to live near Detroit. A political consultant, who ended up in jail for corruption involving a public official said of Detroit that the “only difference between Detroit and some 3rd World dictatorship is that we don’t have goats walking down the middle of the street.”
Baltimore is as bad or worse than Detroit.
