I don’t understand. There are numerous witnesses from professional law enforcement personnel that saw him ram a police car numerous times, and exit the vehicle with a firearm. So, you already have him on attempted murder as I’m sure the dent from the front of his dented car will match up with the paint on the top surface of the police car. And if they check the weapon and find out how he got it, his angelic, perfect human appearance will probably reach gangster levels rapidly. So for BLM, if you are going to call someone a liar, maybe you better start with why. If you don’t have a why, and nothing more than an attempt to start trouble, then you need be sued for slander and public degradation. Better check the petty case of sell more dope to make up the loss.

He assaulted the Marshals with his stolen vehicle, and then jumped out with gun in hand. I would say it was pretty straight forward after that.
