I’m confused I have never heard of the city called “Most” where is that in the US? Is that where George Will lives? Does everyone in that city wear bow ties and loser button up sweaters and read Peggy Noonan editorials and find them entertaining?
My guess is that among the people Will talks to at work and the DC social scene, what he said is true. I doubt George knows very many real Americans.

I remember George Will.
Will is a lifelong denizen of the global elite living in coastal bubbles, like the Bubble Boy who can’t be exposed to germs of the proletariat. These people are handicapped by their inability to understand common sense and science absolutes. The “commoners” have no such handicap. They have been allowed to be injured, dirty, greasy and exhausted as they learned to work, find needs they might fulfill to make money, plant crops which grew or wilted, nurtured animals who thrived or withered, learned to get along with vastly different cultures by focusing on common goals, fought and died for their country. Bubble radicals such as AOC, Bernie, Will and others take for granted processed veggies and meats magically appearing in their Whole Foods stores, public transit paid by subsidies from the rest of the country, police and security within minutes, if not seconds, of their homes and offices, and nature confined to neat, landscaped parks and zoos. They are the true irredeemables.
