I didn’t know that. I’m guessing they were designed specifically so the tanks can be “driven” down roads without doing unnecessary damage. If there are enough tires to evenly distribute the load onto the road surface there should be no problem.

As I understand it, she is a non voting delegate in Congress, and does not vote on legislation.
Why do DC and Puerto Rico, and I think the Virgin Islands and Guam also, have non-voting delegates in Congress? I don’t know the answer to that.
