Financial equivalent of impeachment.
Brilliant!
About time...these courts are WAY out of line.
Maybe this will only be the start of a pushback.
Governments shouldn’t be supporting the idea that any pregnancy is inherently evil.
The Lefties on Twitter are soiling themselves over this...
Big ol clanking brass balls...like a boss!
Shows the value of a line item veto and a governor with a set....
HA!!!
the judiciary is not supposed to be allocating public tax funds anyway, that’s the job of the legislature...
They will find the cuts unconstitutional and mandate an increased budget.
They have gotten away with it in other States.
Abort the Court (fiscally, of course)
Winning!
I hope it is a start. Our judicial system is so unbalanced.
true
That’s pretty funny. You legislate from the bench, you pay for it.
But, don’t they have standing to slap that down? Or, a pet political group to protest it to them on their behalf? Talk about a conflict, haha.
Way to Go!!!!!
I like this fellow.
The Alaska Supreme Court majority should be impeached and convicted, then tried, convicted, sentenced, and publicly hanged for genocidal murder, crimes against humanity, and treason.
Or better yet, they'll stop holding trials and just let all accused felons go free.
Out of curiosity, who assigns which judge to a federal judicial district? Can that entity also take a judge from one judicial district and place it into a district that is lacking one or more judges? If this is a possibility, it would seem that some of the judges yanked out of their little fiefdoms, and placed into a lonely outpost like maybe Fairbanks, Alaska. It might bring some sanity to their way of thinking. If this is possible, it probably wouldn’t take very many reassignments to convince the other judges that they should follow the law instead of their presumed version of the law.
