Hey Kamala, we did this it was the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae debacle, that put this country and lenders into melt downs with mass foreclosures, bankruptcies and ravaging the real estate industry. Remember Barnie Frank and his affordable housing requirements which theoretically required lenders to make loans to sub-standard borrowers and low income buyers.
So now, Kamala wants to do it again, right?
I am not from Chitown. However, I know CG was a massive failure of epic proportions in social dynamics. The negative impact on the psyche of people there will last for decades.
“What Black will call her out?”
How about Justice Thomas?
Quadroons and octaroons like Harris.
Repeal the 16th.
Feed the gibmedats, or they will commit even more crime.
Now, if she had any sense left from bein' Willie's hoe, she'd have nuanced this with enhanced mortgage tax credits in economically-depressed zones. But then white and sorta white people would have had access to the same credits, and lawd she doesn't want that.
This reckless pursuit to establish Black Cred -- when she's what, maybe 30% black -- will be her downfall. One suspects there are people on her team that are sabotaging her (as with Lis Smith for Mayor Buttgag) for a slot on Biden's doomed nominee campaign, merely to extract the billion dollars from the loser...
The sooner everyone on Free Republic understands that this is a game that comes around every 4 years, and the only part of the game worth understanding is how much money you or I could make extracting money from Democrats, then you'll understand the depth of corruption in Democrat political campaigning in 2019.
That may be the case, but we are aware of who runs the courts. We are all witness to the 8 years of minority ownership of the white house, dept of justice, so lets not go that route again.
Equal opportunity, not necessarily equal results. It is not the government’s job to spend my money to try to artificially manipulate society to match some libtard’s idea of “fair.”
There’s a huge McMansion development behind the local WalMart strip mall that *was* pricey houses but after the crash, became mostly Section 8.
The houses have 20 foot ceilings with crystal chandeliers dangling over the formal foyers.
And lots of pit bulls.
This is the HUD the Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae program all over again. Lend money to unqualified borrowers, bundle into a crap sandwich, sell it to unknowing investors.
Most people just getting out of college or otherwise ending their formal educations start with zero or less. Nevertheless, the large majority of whites and Orientals manage to accumulate enough to buy their own houses, but blacks don’t, in spite of all the AA. Maybe this could have something to do with “black culture” that denounces “thinking white”, has 72% of its kids born out of wedlock, and makes no effort to teach its kids about thrift and deferred gratification, that are essential for home ownership and wealth accumulation.
Looks like the dem ticket is going to boil down to:
The female obama on top of the white obama
This is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.
What if someone wanted to spend that kind of money to help ONLY WHITE people?
Why not simply promise every black adult in America $1,000/month for life? Same plus free health care for every illegal immigrant. She can promise to pay for it by raising taxes on anyone registered as a Republican in the last 30 years.
Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hold on now.
I thought that was the program they promised all the new illegal immigrant/voters
ha ha nice

How about Justice Thomas?
They already have this, it’s called Section VIII.
They live in $200+K houses, and pay as little as $25 a month while the other homeowners pay $1200 or more a month for theirs.
This is her way of paying reparations for all the descendants of the slaves her family owned. With our money.
