If that is a hate crime, then next thing you know every post of ours in the past could be used against us as hate crime/speech. It’s already happening in Europe, and I’m guessing that here in the USA we are about 5-10 yrs behind in criminalizing speech and opinion.

Hate Crime Laws are Thought Crime Laws.
Hate Crime Laws are 100% Unconstitutional.
