In academia, the entire purpose of the identity politics movement is apply scholarly research to manufacture and indoctrination of victim hood and racism.
In effect, they indoctrinate their students into racial and gender hatred with fabricated history of oppression and a false sense of victimhood.

Back in the day our big cities like LA had such bad air pollution and song that that you could not see mountains a few miles away and every morning you car would be covered with black soot. The EPA regulations cleaned up auto emissions to the point where the air in automobile exhaust is often “cleaner” than the air exiting. The battle for cleanup of the air has been largely won but the EPA needs to justify its existence so it keeps more and more restrictive and counterproductive regulations

Is it a leftist? Then it is a racist.

2) Would you rather have nine white leftists or nine black conservatives on the U.S. Supreme Court?

Of the non-white people, 3% of blacks are republican, and 14% of hispanics are republican. 8% of blacks and 28% hispanics lean republican.

So let’s say that 11% of blacks and 42% of hispanics are republican.
11% of the black population is 4,426,600 of 40,241,818. 42% of the hispanic population is 19,740,000 of 47,000,000.
As we all know, Republicans are all racists.
So that means that out of a population of 318,558,162, 257,823,678 are racists. That’s 81%.
That, my FRiends, is the “logic of the left.”

I used to use the two terms interchangeably, but I have since come to the conclusion that they are not.
I have a very long explanation to describe the difference in detail, but I suspect your patience would be tried reading it, so I will summarize it.
Liberals are somewhat normal people who view things emotionally without taking the time to think them through, and their malformed views on one or two things is acted on by their limited logic to set their views on other things. These are often not bad of ideological people, and they can usually be talked to in some degree. You won't often change their minds, but they aren't like the two categories of Leftists described below.

It is interesting and ironic, because if we end up in CWII, the "True Leftists" AND the "True Believers" are the ones our side would have to go to war with. However, when the Left fights, The "True Leftists" will not only go after US (a given) they will also go after their own "True Believers". Their own people who mindlessly supported them will be dragged away to be tortured and murdered by their own ideological brethren, and as they are dragged away, they will be screaming in confusion "Why are you doing this? I am one of you! I supported you!"
All to no avail, of course. The "True Believers" would present just as great a risk to the "True Leftists" as we would, just in a different way.
Don’t bother “defending yourself”. Since the unhinged Left is using the playground tactic of name calling, throw it back to them at their own juvenile level. Simply reply, “No, YOU’RE a racist!”
