Reinstate the second amendment in full, and provide heavy fines and imprisonments to all local, state and federal government entities who infringe on it.

A neighbor or associate of a potential home invader would decide by filling out a form with accusations on it. A judge would simply order it. While the order is in effect for months during an mental evaluation, criminals would have free reign over the accused.

That’s only the beginning. Hate crime legislation already passed, is one of the problems. There is no such thing as a hate crime. Who are the leftists that got that bit of stupidity passed the Congress.
Our legal system does not require board certified mental health professionals reading the minds of Morons to determine the possibility of hate crimes. The crime itself is sufficient to bring the charge and make the case, and the jury or judge decides the punishment. NOOOOOO lets make it difficult and do mind reading.
The same applies to the bogus white supremacy meme that’s been floated by the same progressive morons that promote hate. It is not the majority of those on the left of society but enough to make noise to scare Republican politicians.
I’m betting killing Roe v Wade, rescinding homo marriage, making buggering a capital crime once again and worthy of the death penalty, would cause sufficient upheaval on the left as to give them sufficient reason to abandon mass murder for their own protection. If there was a chance that could be done. Not likely.
