Maybe close relatives, too. Possibly the White House bomb shelter, President or VP quarters would work? The 12 will be broken into shifts to guard the quarters Ms. S-S occupies. Marine guards and Secret Service personnel to guard the overall shelter / safe-house as if the President was there in a time of duress...
