I doubt a felon would make such a mistake. More likely it is a case of another perp with the same name....a circumstance not exactly unknown to happen.

The following quote from the article says it was for the threats as well as other issues.
“Timothy James Ireland, 41, was indicted in Toledo for making interstate threats against AOC in addition to separate counts of being felon and fugitive in possession of a firearm, the US attorney’s office in Ohio announced on Friday.”
It’s advisable to keep a low profile when you have outstanding warrents.
Drive reasonably and tried not to get pulled over.
Definitely do NOT make post on Facebook that draw unwanted attention to you.
