Reports are he wasn’t being treated as a suicide risk. That’s the dropped ball. He should have been under constant surveillance given his high profile and importance — plus the minor detail that he had attempted suicide just a few weeks before and had every reason to try again.
Yup similar to a sleeper hold. The victim can still breath but blood circulation to the brain is restricted. After about 8-10 minutes the brain dies from lack of oxygen.

Heard on the radio today this is only the second suicide in this federal facility. I can see the motivation for JE to kill himself, but ain’t buying what’s been reported so far.
