I doubt we have one uncompromised USSC Justice at this point. Thomas of course is fantastic and Alito solid.
Roberts and the two Trump justices however seem up for casting a pivotal vote for the other team when it is really needed.
Still even another squishy Trump justice in RBG’s slot would be very good.
While I do not wish her well, going in your sleep is not how this ends.
Its horrible, painful, and I don’t wish it on anyone—not even a screaming liberal.

President Trump should nominate someone now as it will probably take 4 months to approve and that would be perfect timing as I see it.
Probably a warning to Dems. Fully expect impeachment in serious mode. They will attempt to argue that a president under impeachment can not be allowed to nominate a SC justice.
