Whoever did the survey that showed a 50/50 split for NASCAR fans on guns also must have done Hillary’s presidential polls.

Last year I spent several weeks in Eastern Europe. I was very surprised to see the most popular children’s toys were guns.
Most were what the left calls assault weapons. They were being sold in stores and by street vendors. This was especially true in Poland.
I predict a LGBT driver in a another year or two along with a Pride race.
NASCAR has gone beta.
It makes you wonder how many of these CEO’s are being paid by the Deep State to ruin once great organizations and companies. As for auto racing it’s small track races that Americans are flocking to. There’s none of the corporate PC BS there you see with NASCAR and that other joke of a “major” auto racing circuit in America known as IndyCar, and a helluva lot cheaper to get tickets to watch no frills car racing!
Screw NASCAR. Teach those guys to make right turns!

Figures. NASCAR is also making a gradual shift away from real stock-car racing and indeed competitive car racing in general.
I fell away from NASCAR a few years after Dale Earnhardt was killed at Daytona (I was there to see it). The older generation of racers slowly retired, successive rule-changes , and playing lite-politics with the Obama’s & Clintons — I just washed my hands of it. I don’t even check to see where they’re racing this week or who won on Sunday. Makes not difference to me.
What genius of an executive believes this will result in fewer empty seats?
The shift is not away from guns, but, away from crazy people with guns.

At that time, you could really tell the cars apart...Ford, Plymouth, Dodge, Chevy...
Lately, the only way you can what kind of car is from the hood decal/ornament...Cookie cutter cars...

Heck -- the TV industry (and all its related sports programming) is BUILT on a foundation of mindless slop that is mass-marketed to passivity.
