I honestly do not think Biden is lying. It is worse. He cannot tell the difference between the real world and the world in his head.

the other possibility is that Bidn has been so used to making up stuff with impunity for decades in front of small audiences, that he doesn’t fully understand that practically everyone on the planet now has asmart phones that contains a vid camera with the result that every public word and every public action is nearly instantly available to all of the billions who watch the internet, and that therefore there is no such thing as a lie told to a small public group that stays just with that group ...
