The truth will never see the light of day at the FBI and DOJ! Best destroy these organizations and try to start over again with new people who explicitly understand one mess up and even gitmo would look good.

If Judge Sullivan forces the expeditious release of this unredacted evidence..."

Based on his behavior to date, I think he will make a lot of noise about how outrageous the prosecution has been and then deny the request anyway. Just a hunch.

Reading the Sidney Powell PDF was well worth it. Easy to read and quite entertaining except to the Scum who perpetrated this hoax upon America and Americans like Flynn. It must never be allowed to happen again..

“Sidney would have been a great AG.”
I’ve seen her on Lou Dobbs. She is the real deal, needs to be on the Prez’s staff.

Powell thought Barr was “was too much Washington-establishment.”
That’s nice but who would bring gravitas and get Senate approval?

Her motion, however, is outstanding and she ripped the DOJ to pieces exposing how Mueller prosecutors Weismann and Ahmad were both getting illicit information from Bruce Our via his beautiful wife Nellie, injected into the DOJ by Hillary Clinton and the DNC into the DOJ.

This confirmed, exposes this case is ripe with an unfathomable level of corruption.

With sentencing “due,” I have no idea how Judge Sullivan will handle her motion to compel. She kicked the crap out of the corrupt DOJ.

"Flynn's attorneys are going to war with Mueller's team, claiming in a filing this afternoon that they have acted "more malevolent" than prosecutors who botched Ted Stevens' prosecution -- and are withholding evidence."

Ouch!

I want to see the Deep State's evil ReichsFuhrer Weissmann hanging by his thumbs.

I’ll believe all this is really a bombshell when an indictment is handed down.

Too many bombshells, too many nothingburgers. Ho-hum.

I'm starting to come of a mind that the better outcome is no indictments.

The point of that would be to drive home that the legal process cannot fix what's broken here. I think the law is not going to do the job, because the law is deferential to the government, and overthrow of order from the inside is not a crime.

When the law fails, the people have two other remedies. The first is political, elect new leaders, ones who are at least slightly more faithful to the constitution. When politics fails, the remedy is revolution - I advocate massive civil disobedience right now, but the people's appetite for that isn't there.

What the coup is, basically, is use of the law to stifle the political process. The government has decided to use the law so that the people lose their political power. This is a dangerous path, but the people didn't choose this path, the government did.

If the law gives the people a few scalps, the same rot will persist, and the government will continue to abuse its power. Something much more serious that "we (the government) fixed this" has to happen.

It won't. We'll get a few token scalps and the usual lies couched as promises, this will never happen again. FISA was made so snooping would never happen again, and it's a complete and total SHAM.

But if the government comes out and says "it's not really very broken" and "sorry, but no crimes were committed here," the people will propery and finally lose faith, at which point the heat is dialed up on "them vs. us." It's a shame that the government is the enemy of its people, but there it is.

I saw SP on a couple Fox shows last night. She seemed pretty confident things would go well in this case. Assuming the judge is fair — big assumption — it should go well for Flynn. What they did to him is an abomination, especially when comparing it to what free-as-a-bird Comey did which is 10 times worse.

Rottem to the core. Requires a wholesale sacking, the entire DOJ.

Interesting thing here is, back in early 2018...

"The federal judge overseeing the criminal case against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn has ordered special counsel Robert Mueller’s team to turn over any “exculpatory evidence” to his defense team.

The development generated immediate attention in conservative circles, with some seizing on the order as a potential indication that Flynn’s guilty plea had been called into question."

sullivan should be p&ssed if Flynn didn't get what he was supposed to in the first place.

Her book “Licensed to Lie” destroys Andrew Weissman, and should be required reading for every student of the Constitution. It was an amazing read!

They should give her a sword. She should have a huge sword as she walks into court! That would fit well!

Here is an example of the blatant government corruption.

From the motion:

“17 Even worse, the declassified version of the NCIS left out a crucial “not”.

It read that the investigation “did yield any classified or sensitive information,”

18 when the truth was the investigation “did not yield any classified or sensitive information.”

19 The declassified version omitted the word “not.””

Hmmmmm. “did” and “did not” seem to be exact OPPOSITES.

Typo? C’mon man, don’t be naive.
