It’s important for all of us.

Why? We landed two men on the moon over 50 years ago.

Yes, 50 years ago, 5 decades. We need to get off this rock
and the moon is the closest spot.

I wonder if there will be fear of date-rape and a “Me, Too”-culture on the Moon.

Nah, we just need a good World War 3. .......................... Be careful of what you wish for, you may get it. Also be patient, its going to happen.

“But we can be tranquil and thankful and proud
For man’s been endowed with a mushroom-shaped cloud
And we know for certain that some lovely day
Someone will set the spark off
And we will all be blown away!!
They’re rioting in Africa
There’s strife in Iran
What nature doesn’t so to us
Will be done by our fellow man”

How close to a prophecy can you get with Africa and Iran???

Supposedly Texas was going to have a Sam Houston Institute of Technology, but thought better of it.

Over a billion minds in India. And we hear all the time how smart Asians are.

Yet they're just now getting to the moon 50 years after Americans did. :)

In the meantime, half the country is pooping in their drinking water and getting married to cobras.

Just the lower castes. The Indians who are landing spacecraft on the moon are eating fine.

"All men are created equal" is a uniquely American concept. Most of the rest of the world thinks it's rubbish.
