Your anti Kushner bias shows how badly your mind functions.
Jared Kushner is not an independent operator. Kushner is the agent and voice of the President. No program, especially a 600 page progtam, could be develped or put forward absent the President’s input and approval.
The Senate has heard in detail, the President’s views on an immigration program going forward.
I understand Trump’s need to have someone he feels he can trust advising him but sure wish it wasn’t Ivanka and Jared. I just don’t like either one.
The GOP should be kicking butt and taking names right now but they aren't, why? They aren't making inroads with the working class because they are STILL a boutique party of globalist-corporate special interests, cheap labor and "free" trade...

The List goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove foreign workers from our IT worker’s pool; jobs that were promised by Obama.

The laws on the books aren’t all that bad. It is the enforcement of the laws that has been missing.
I don’t think “catch and release” was ever part of existing law, but rather a regulation added.
I agree with your sentiments about Kushner. If Kushner got Stephen Miller to sign off on this, then I would have a favorable disposition to it. But coming only from Kushner? No, thanks.
Its important to be for something, not against something. The narrative games are critical in American politics. We need to revitalize American business to the point where it doesn’t matter where you come from. If youre a legal American, you suould be able to get a job.
He’s wrong about many things but hes right about being for something. Who wants to be party without answers going into the election year? I’d like that answer to be clear immigration reform that focusses on a wall, and cleans up our immigration system so that babies arent a free ticket in, and merit based is the main gateway.
