Btw-Imelda Marcos had a bra collection on par with her shoes. The Philippine Air Force could use them for skycaps.

My sister -in law is Filipina. Catholic is an understatement.
If you ever been there on HOLY WEEK. It’s total BLACKOUT. No TV stations, one radio station here and there. It’s unreal. If it weren’t for the internet, we would have gone nuts. The majority Christian population interprets that if you watch TV etc, you are sinning against God especially on Black Friday.
Never been to a nation where a majority of the population HAS to be at church on Black Friday..

That is a despicable comment.
We are talking about human beings here. My comments on attractiveness was related to the initial attraction and decision to enter a relationship, but marriage is a lifetime commitment and to treat people as disposable is reprehensible.

What the Phils most badly needs strategically is a modern air-defense system and air force that can credibly threaten high casualties to a Chinese air and naval attack. Maybe it was strategic error on their part giving the boot to the free protection they had by our bases being there.
