One of the few countries to follow the American Nursing Board standards, they have been locked out of H1Bs for some time, and now will be locked out of Employment-Based Green Cards as well. Enjoy your new Indian nursing staff, as India will be the only country to source any foreign worker from after S386 gets signed into law.
Enjoy your Latin American, South Korean or Japanese baseball player in the MLB? No more Employment-based Green Cards for them.

Yeah, highest rate I seen for a Senior Software Engineer position was about $35 to $40 an hour with absolutely no benefits on C2C or W2.
Benefits were available, at a much lower hourly rate. Benefits which we take for granted like holiday or sick pay. Health insurance was offered at about $200 per week...
And we are talking so-called American recruiters like K-Force (found out Is a huge H1B user). Direct hire was nearly impossible as the Indian recruiters own the contracts with firms like Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Unity, Apple etc.
Nations around the world are investing in the USA - is that really a good thing? to keep selling businesses and homes etc to non residents of the USA? at some point foreignors will own more than citizens.......
No, Mexicans pretty much already took all those jobs and similar service-oriented jobs.
Used to deliver for DoorDash to survive in Bellevue, Washington after being replaced by H1Bs at the Microsoft Redmond Campus. Indians just don’t tip at all and are by far the rudest customers. They actually do think they own the place now.
You can’t tell me that Americans are too lazy and stupid to work even retail? In the huge Microsoft store in the Bellevue Mall - every single one of the employees were Indian. Same as the Apple Store there. Even King County Bus Drivers, a whole lot of Indians. H4EAD scum, no doubt.
