Reflexive concern is not concern. It is opportunism.

Mitt Romney of Utah, a figure who once embodied the essence of the Republican Party

President Trump has shown us all that we voted for the lesser of two Democrats in 2012...

That’s why he picked fake conservative Ryan as his VP nom.

Did you see that Paulie Munster is out and about quacking about Trump, now?

We have space for him on one of the DC cherry trees.

I admit that Romney is an abomination and a miserable SOB, but to cheer Obama’s election to the presidency. Sorry sir, but you have a screw loose.

Confront Mitt with a little Candy
(Second Presidential Debate 2012)
and see him back down in a big hurry.

He’ll turn tail and run - right back into the dog house or the chicken coop.

".... Senator Mitt Romney of Utah, a figure who once embodied the essence of the Republican Party before Mr. Trump commandeered it, and is now in a lonely category of his own....."

Trump commandeered the Republican Party? You mean like Hillary commandeered the DNC, paid off Bernie to allow Hillary to win and then go on to lose her ass in the general election to Donald Trump? Commandeered like that?

The definition of commander is "to take possession of (something) without authority". Trump is the head of the Republican Party because he legally won the election and he's the man now. He didn't commandeer anything.

As for Romney being "in a lonely category of his own", he is. He's taken dead McCain's role as the official designated back-stabber of those in his own party, the GOP.

Romney is not a lonely Republican calling for Trump's impeachment. He is a snake-oil salesman democRAT wearing a little "r" pin on his lapel.

I should have known this piece was from the NY Slimes.

I don’t give two sh*ts who he’d run against, were Romney to get the nomination, I will never make the mistake of voting for him again. That virtue-signaling, self-serving POS would lose by monumental proportions.

He has pronounced himself “deeply troubled” by Mr. Trump’s effort to enlist a foreign leader for political assistance, and has refused to rule out impeaching the president.

Is Romney deeply troubled having a CIA stooge from his own staff on the take from the same Ukrainian gas firm that hired that petrochemical expert Hunter Biden?

He’s not deeply troubled about actual crimes committed by the Bidens. Why is he a republican

“Is Romney deeply troubled having a CIA stooge from his own staff “

Is Romney himself a CIA agent or asset? I’ve heard that the CIA recruits Mormon missionaries. McMuffin was CIA, wasn’t he?

Why is he relevant because he always is Against the President!
We knew this. So why did the people vote him in?
You knew what you were getting with a failed presidential run against/caved to Obama! Always know as a loser/mittens!

Romney is so full of jealousy that he is unable to live a peaceful life of contentment with what he has. A sad life for people like him.

Nuttins has made money. Now he is clamoring for attention.

He can keep his money but he will still only be a legend in his own mind.
