Why doesn't Nunes, in the same minority position, file an ethics complaint against Schiff over the lies he presented as committee chairman?

We learned with Tom Delay that Republicans had a rule that chairmen who had ethics charges against them must step down from leadership while the charge was pending, but that Democrats had no such rule for their caucus.
Because Republicans are weak, feckless, and cower from power, they won't fight back using the same tactics used against them.

And we even have Lindsey Graham in the Senate calling Joe Biden a friend while this is going on.

Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of a Member of Congress is to either vote them out, or find a way to have the House expell him (or Senate when the member is a Senator).

Up until now we had to have Sandy Berger types actually physically steal documents from the archives.
