Earlier case was based on environmental concerns. That one was tossed, the injunction lifted, building started.
This one uses different grounds, but no injunction, building continues. Will be appealed to the (mostly friendly) 5th-—but building continues.
Only way to care is bring a lawsuit. Republicans never seem to do that when democrats are in office.
They should have never let the ineligible muslim Marxist take office.
But they had their own ineligibles they wanted to run.
I realize it’s a different case, but I believe the issues are the same.
They are claiming he has no right to declare a state of emergency, and thus no right to redirect Pentagon funds.
Congress can dictate that funds can’t be transferred for other purposes under normal conditions, but once a state of emergency is declared, I think they lose the ability to block.
Seems to me any competent judge would have tossed this new challenge.
