Even a minor purse snatching case in municipal court has to be concerned about witnesses being influenced by others’ testimony. That is BS. If this were a real concern, every trial everywhere would be in secret. Just do what they do in municipal court; make the other witnesses wait outside during testimony. That’s all that can be done. Otherwise, you’d have to secret away the witness after he testifies, so he can’t tip off the other witnesses. Ridiculous. This is not even the first impeachment inquiry, but they have to reinvent the wheel on bogus pretexts.

Alas, I think if this fails, as it must, and he wins reelection, as he’s sure to, he will not survive. The CIA and Intelligence Community hate him. They have more than enough hit teams to make sure that he will not survive.
