It's not whining. Personally, every time I hear the words, bombshell, breaking news, investigations, proof and every other 'we got them' words, I remember James Comey listing all the laws that Hillary Clinton broke then thinking 'this is it, she's finally going to be indicted' only to hear Comey, after the detailed list, say: no reasonable prosecutor would charge her; there was no 'intent'.
So, in light of that, color me skeptical too. I will say though, I am cautiously optimistic for now.

Good news! Lorretta Lynch doesn’t head the Justice Department any longer. William Barr does. It makes a difference. Comey is a target now. So is Hillary, I suspect.
