OK thanks.
Winds now sporadically changing making it more difficult to contain.
Fortunately that was in a slow burning area they were filming.

See my #20.
Given the weather, I’m not so sure forest/power line management would make much difference.

Holy Moley! Mandatory evacuation from Napa Valley all the way to the Jenner and Bodega Bay over on the coast?! The coast is 35 to 40 miles from Napa Valley.
To: Syncro
A friend called last night from Healdsburg to say they were under mandatory evac. Prayers!

Thanks Mariner.
Yeah low humidity and no rain doesn’t help.
In Winsor concern fire may jump Hwy 101 into highly weeded/bursh area which has not burned for 40 years.
That’s what the repoter said.
Actually weeds and brush needs to be cleaed out for fire season.
Many high dry weeds in town of Cotati just north of Petaluma.
Citizens have been pointing this out to Cotati mayor and city council and police chief (all super corrupt) for years-— doing things in secret like Shiff et al. Will NOT spend money to eliminate fire danger.
Just saw news that the Vallejo fire is completely contained.

Yes, has been mandatory for that area for quite some time.
Other areas, all the way to the coast are under mandatory too. All the way to south of Bodega Bay, where I spent a few days last week—on the bay

Yes it’s kinda overkill.
But the coast areas around here are pretty much one or two ways in or out so if sparks start something there people could get trapped.

The wind has come down from 40 with gusts to 80 to 18 with gusts to 32 (Hawkeye just south of the fire). The pressure gradient that reached 18 mbars in 2017 only reached about 12 this morning. Currently about 9 mbars. The Tuesday windstorm is forecast to be weaker.
All that said, the Kincade fire is still on the move and it's a very bad time to have a fire even with the lighter winds.

There is a “voting pattern of voting for LIB eco-nitwits”-— a pattern caused by vote and voter fraud.
Kinda like most of the country.

“Yes and gusts up to 80 mph up on Mt. St. Helena.”
Not many homes and power lines on Mt St. Helena and Mt Diablo.

The Kincaid map shows the eastern edge of the fire is the mountains on the west side of Napa Valley. Strong offshore winds pushing it west.
To: Syncro
The higher the pressure gradient, measured in millibars, the stronger the winds. In 2017 the gradient between northern Nevada and San Francisco was 19 mb, this time it peaked at 12 this morning. Right now it's about 10. WIth that kind of gradient there is still wind and any wind is bad right now. But at least it's not extreme wind.
