the fbi needs to modernize and record statements, then crap like this won’t happen-its like they want to have a chance to alter statements to fit the crime...unacceptable

If the original 302 report/notes have been destroyed, it is a crime under the Federal Records Preservation Act and other laws including potential evidence to be used by the defense in a criminal proceeding.
Need to haul everyone involved in this situation (i.e. the 302 report - agents, superiors, records managers, DOJ leaders at that time) before a grand jury and find out what happened or send their asses to jail immediately.
Having them subpeoned to appear before Graham’s Sen. Judiciary Committee would be NICE, Lindsay. Get off your ass and do it now.
