If so, what’s been said about Barr planning to “absolve” the big Deep State actors has me worried. The NYT reported it, so I took it with a grain of salt. I’m more interested in Trump making his move on the Federal Reserve after getting reelected. If you are waiting for Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper etc togo to prison you are in for major disappointment.
Ultimately, it’ll be either a judge or a jury.
The general practice is, if you’re innocent, get a bench trial. If you’re guilty, roll the dice and request a jury.
