I think “paramilitary” pretty much excludes the use of this proposed law against military active duty or reserve or National guard personnel while on active duty at their reserve/guard training.

Now that Virginia has gone all Democrat as to governor and legislature, this bill will pass and become law. The US Constitution won’t apply in Virginia.

Used to in the past, when democrats got elected there'd be something like some new taxes, regulations or such that were annoying but other than that things weren't much different and went right along like they always had.
