Because, about half of the country believes what they say, no matter what is said and no matter what proof/evidence/facts are presented to prove them wrong. They need to stir up their base. Go on Breitbart or the Daily Caller, where they have a fair amount of liberals on there, trolling the comment sections. Some of them still bring up the Russians and collusion that was disproved by how many entities, 3 or 4. These people cannot be convinced otherwise.
Just like yesterday, when asked....what facts were presented previously about the ‘quid pro quo’ - Ukrainian call....none of them could answer. They just answered with their emotions, feeling and partisan beliefs. And those feelings and intentions are all the matter to the Left.

Not really, and I have attended and graduated from law school.
They are not professors, they are indoctrinators and saboteurs. They persent politically based view as established law when in fact it is simply skewed to suit their ends. Their ends justify their means in keeping with the Bolshevik tradition.
That’s not a professor. As a matter of fact, they would be laughed out of any real law school dedicated to the actual professional practice of law.
And they know exactly how to invoke the race card to disestablish any factually based criticism of their Bolshevik based culture of destroying the Constitution while claimimg its protection.Hardly patriots.
I was wondering: “If she is disbarred, can she continue to teach at Stanford?”
Her “performance” yesterday most certainly calls into question both her stability and adherence to the oath she took upon being admitted to the California bar. [I presume, that since she teaches at Stanford, she is a member of the California Bar Association]
I researched the oath lawyers must take to be admitted to the California Bar:
“I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of an attorney and counselor at law to the best of my knowledge and ability.”
In the future, the lawyers will have to make one more promise: “As an officer of the court, I will strive to conduct myself at all times with dignity, courtesy, and integrity.”
Since she teaches law to would-be lawyers, shouldn’t she strive to live up to that promise, herself?
I don’t know if her “performance” yesterday would warrant being disbarred, but it is an intriguing thought!
