Entire US Defense budget annually is $623 billion. Even if you took every single penny, it comes no where near covering the new $6.7 trillion in new spending annually she is promising.

Given that Liz's healthcare program alone would cost $52 trillion, cutting the entire military budget for that one program alone would take 75 years to fund. That doesn't address her plans for education, welfare, and the environment to name but three.

"There's always money" runs up against the uncomfortable fact that the entire GDP of the United States is $20 trillion. Alas for ambition.
