If I’m that cop fighting for his life, then I’m demanding a new partner. She failed him horribly at a time when his life was in danger, and can never be trusted. She needs to ride a desk for the rest of her career.
Old school Irish cops would have made sure this guy would have been unable to walk into jail. Or maybe ever.

And might have ended her career and/or gotten her criminal charges if he died. A chronic drug/alcohol abuser can have lots of health issues which may result in his death from a blow which would not kill a healthy person.
She apparently felt that avoiding trouble was more important than her partner's life, which is something I have no doubt he will remember.

Yes women can fight in certain ways but they make poor cops and soldiers and firefighters
They do make great ambulance emergency nurses though

A few days ago the NY Post reported that a man who tried to burn down Yeshiva university was arrested and released with no bail (bail is outlawed), he then proceeded once released to break into a house and threaten to stab someone. He was arrested again and released AGAIN with no bail!! This is state sanctioned crime.
