With all due respect Mr. Barr, it started when Trump announced his candidacy for the primaries. It solidified when he kick Hillary to the curb, before taking the Oath of Office. Are you not up on the attempted coup to impeach him before he even took legal office? Pelosi even admits that were plans to dispose of him if he won. Then you have the lame Steele dossier prior all that grew out of that fraud.

I wouldn’t say we “own” the courts but we have “evened up” the field when it comes to venue shopping. Soon we can have “our” judges compete for injunctions with “their judges”/

We are only one Federal Judges order from having 13 year old girls having share their locker room and shower with some creep who decided he is female that morning. In fact, I think it already happened in Chicago.

Agree. How did relying on polls work out for Dems in 20216? I get uneasy with this reliance on polls by Trump supporters. The fact is happy talk sunshine pumping only gets so far to the ballot box.
Right now we are facing an energized Dem base and at best ambivalent or at worst coup colluding GOPe. That combination lead the Dems to midterm victory in 2018. I expect POTUS to win in 2020 but even with the outstanding economy he is facing headwinds. Only a towering historic figure like Trump can and will win in such circumstances.

Not really. The big problem is Trump’s own party doesn’t support him. They block his key nominees, do not advance his MAGA agenda through Congress, undermine him and the agenda they were elected to support in the media, etc., etc.
I have no doubt a full engaged GOP would have kept the House and repealed Obamacare. Sadly, the corportists who control the GOP prefer progressives and their big government policies to the MAGA agenda. They fight POTUS for every inch of the beltway agenda.

It was a “Trump” judge who let dirtbag Jim Acosta back in the White House. Rush already sees signs Kavanaugh is getting wobbly. I hope he is wrong there. There is a long history of GOP nominee judges turning out less than stellar. Therefore, I won’t count my Trump judge chickens just yet.

I’m not sure about the status of the Chicago case. The parents sued on the grounds of privacy for the girls but the Judge ruled against them. The School district had made accommodations for the “he/she” meaning separate facilities of some kind but that wasn’t good enough (it never is).
No it NEVER is.
It’s a battle to ruin the country. They would never stop and say “OK, this is good enough”.

Judges who are vetted by the Federalist society are independent entities like all judges are. However, the reason they are promoted is that statistically they have a solid view of the constitution so odds are pretty good that they will maintain that from the bench.
It is the best we can do and there is little doubt that Trump is shifting the courts. A second term will definitely change SCOTUS for the better!
What’s more, shooting them won’t be required. The coming civil war will be distributed, random acts of retributional sabotage. Somehow I doubt a blue haired cat lady is going to be able to do much that will affect us on a three hour drive through a couple rural counties in her Prius with “Coexist” bumper stickers. IOW, we aren’t nearly as vulnerable as they are.
