[[George Zimmerman was prosecuted despite the absolutely *irrefutable* proof that he was fighting off a filthy ghetto street punk.]]

I will just add- He was fighting for his life when the punk tried to murder him- the punk was slamming george’s head against the cement- this is attempted murder- George simply legally killed someone who was trying to murder him

The audio and video for the back seat/anything for the front seat will magically disappear.

The first time “Black” is mentioned, is in the headline: “Why do US police keep killing unarmed black men?”

They never tell us that the cop is Black. They deliberately and intentionally want us to think that it’s White cops who pick Black guys to shoot at random.

I mean... SEVEN TIMES he shot that handcuffed guy?

That being said he’s a Law Enforcement Officer and deserves the benefit of the doubt. This is maryland after all. So I’m holding back on judgement till all the facts come out. Like what was the perp doing in the front seat, i thought the back seat was the passenger area.

Was this a pro-active Maryland cop-style red flag enforcement act?

If he’s properly handcuffed, hands in back and cuffs double locked, the chances of this are pretty limited. So the question is, was he properly secured?

It’s hard to understand how a handcuffed man sitting in the front seat of a patrol car needs to stopped by deadly force.

Chesa Boudin has found the cop guilty and is ready for the hanging.

Let’s see which seat has the blood.

Don’t know yet.
Somehow I doubt we will get the full picture.
Though we might get enough to piece together the most likely tale.

You’ve obviously never been in close personal proximity to a PCP “dusted” person who doesn’t have your best interests - or anyone’s - in his mind. They are OUT of their minds and can kill you or maim you in a nanosecond. Their strength on it is just unbelievable. Handcuffed or not, being anywhere close to them while they can move ANY parts of their body is extremely hazardous.

Believe me, I had my share of them in EMS and learned how to completely secure them, and NEVER to turn your back on them.

I had one that took nearly 7 cops and Fire/EMS to restrain and get on the cot. I had learned some neat tricks to use body positioning against them, and had him tied onto a backboard with cravats/triangular bandages, secured with bow knots plus straps. LOL Head, arms, legs, chest, waist, all secured with straps or cravats.

When we got him to the ER, one of the bleeding heart nurses told me to untie his hands because they were turning blue. I told her that they were turning blue because he was straining against them and if he relaxed, he’d get circ back. She was adamant that I release him.

I told my tech to get everything of ours out of the treatment room and I popped the bow knots... then beat feet out of the room.

There were loud crashes and screams, then a call for security. I laughed and got in my ambulance and headed back to quarters. You can bet that nurse never again doubted my judgement and restraints on a violent/dusted patient.

Sometimes the stupid, it DOES burn.

What kind of ER was that??? I worked in a big city ER for years and our nurses would demand full restraints on anyone even looking like they might be a problem. I guess you could say that our nurses had a lot in common,attitude-wise,with your typical Marine DI.

"There is no reason why a handcuffed person should ever be shot multiple times by a police officer, let alone shot multiple times inside a patrol car."

Unless it's Jackie Chan.

Both of your points are well taken.

DAs are often as much political animals as “defenders of justice”. Quotes indicate a certain sarcasm since the justice system seems to be only distantly connected to justice.

Perhaps he was kicking the driver in the head and jamming his foot on the accelerator..

ROFL’ing. The one where we told everyone, with your last dying gasp, tell them don’t take me to [that] ER. Which I then worked at for a few months.

It’s been a lot of years, and I don’t remember if she was new or subbing from another dept. or what, but I suspect that she was converted quickly to one of the Marine DI types that day.

This wasn’t a “big city” ER. Really clique-ish and someplace that I would still avoid, although they’ve changed dramatically since they were taken over by a regional health conglomerate. Not sure I’d still go there. [grin]

Yeah, those of us that have been “in the field” know how things go. I used “bow knots” on the cravats, but also positional advantages, like arms crossed over chest with wrists tied to backboard (with bow knots to release easily), ankles tied to the other end of the backboard, straps over thighs so legs can’t be flexed and over chest so they can’t raise up- in addition to the arms crossed over.

If they were really bad, we’d just use a second backboard on top of them, sandwiching them. Didn’t have to do that often tho’. But if you’ve been there, you already know how those things are done. LOL

I’m sure the bleeding hearts nowadays would get me fired quickly for doing any such thing that “mistreated” the poor SOB’s. That’s one reason why I got out... in addition to the bad back.

Anything’s possible, but interesting image: One foot high enough to kick head (presumably the left foot, him being in the passenger seat), the other low, placed on the accelerator. How tall, and long-legged was the perp? And what, in the middle, is exposed, ripe for a good punch?
