I knew there was a reason I was rooting for the Chiefs even though I am from California.

It's burger time!!
Just remember....Obama gave the teams nothing and in most cases, didn't even hang around. It was simply a photo op.

Waiting for the media to dig-uo a disgruntled Trimp hater — maybe the guy who does their laundry — and give him a platform.

I was pulling for the 49ers (no politics) but this may be the better outcome - glad to hear !!!
And Tyreek Hill may need a 'Get out of jail' card from Trump in the future

Many thx KC Lion!
I copied it and sent to friends, family and even some SF fans (kindly ribbing, of course.)
Think Ill copy and have it laminated to post on my storm door, in case someone forgets who I root for!
BTW, friends and family checked to see if I/wed attend and if Chiefs were offering us, as club founder season ticket holders, any perks to attend the Big Game. We said, Yes, we were offered special deals: $8,900.00 per seat that would later go on sale for $10,00.00!
Told them wed just have to pass them up, this year!

Kneelers would not go over well in KC. They'd lose sponsorships instantly, and would get roundly booed at most home games. They clearly know better. I'm sure a few might want to do that kind of thing, but they also don't want to get rejected by the fans of a team with a really bright future. There are pro-US players on the roster, but the anti-Americans will toe the line and smile for the cameras.
Only Tyrann Matthieu would have the audacity to say anything ("Honeybadger don't care"), but I doubt he will. He knows that KC is his last best chance. He got tossed from his hometown LSU team, just after he was a Heisman Finalist and the Bednarik Award winner (top defensive player in college football). He was booted from Arizona when he refused a pay cut (he was making $13m/yr... he signed with Houston for 1 year for $7m. He's making $13m/yr again with the Chiefs, but he turns 30 after this 3-yr deal ends. He won't get another chance like this anywhere else, especially not on a contender.

If even one Chief refuses to go, it will be trumpeted by the partisan media shills.

Trump may just receive them at Mar-Largo instead since they are already in Florida. ;)

Hey now... with 7:17 to go, the computers had SF at a 96.1% chance to win, just after the Chiefs had the 16 yd pass overturned on review, on 2nd and 15 at the KC 35. The Chiefs had only a 3.9% chance to win at that point. It wasn't unreasonable to celebrate being up 10, late in the game, when your defense had solved the Mahomes Riddle for 50+ minutes.
But I'm very happy that the game ended as it did! :)
