Almost all the Dems were pathetic, little, no-class people tonight. Lilliputians, all. Kyrsten Sinema from Arizona showed some occasional class, but that was about it.
How can those WORMS not applaud the USA and the great achievements of the past three years?

Although it was a copy that is a good question. It is customary for the POTUS to give a copy to the speaker. The archive copy is most likely already filled. What should happen is the house should have a censure vote on SanFranNan for disrespect to the POTUS, the nation and the people the house represents.
I agree with everybody that it was a despicable act...but in addition, her entire performance this evening made me realize she is diagnosably nuts! Her facial expressions, shuffling those many pages around and unable to keep them straight, capped off by the final act of ripping the pages.... As a nurse I remember seeing this kind of expression and behavior in one of the psych wards I trained in! She is dangerous...to think that she is third in line to the Presidency is terrifying!

As for President Trump? He struck gold.

Yes, she did. She not only disgraced herself, but also the House of Representatives; and cr##pped on the honored guests and the 50% of Americans who voted for Trump - and did it in front of the whole world, at one of our most important official events.

It would make my day to see PELOSI stripped of her giant gavel for her appalling behavior.

She's been deranged ever since President Trump bested her last year by canceling her European family vacation on a government jet after she disinvited him to the SOTU address during the government shutdown that she and Schumer started.
This was Pelosi's retaliation, by symbolically ripping up Trump's speech at this year's SOTU address.
What the Democrats have failed to understand is that, while they grew up in the era when symbolic actions substituted for actual results with a compliant opposition Republican party, Trump comes from a community where REAL results matter, and he's not putting up with the grandstanding and foot-stomping from those who demand praise for their words alone.
