Guilty? Of what? The first impeachment charge was spurious at best. Had there been a quiz pro quo, it would have been consistent with both the US Constitution and our treaty law with Ukraine ( passed under President Clinton). The second charge was so patently silly as to be laughable. Since when is appealing to the courts a High Crime and Misdemeanor?” Especially in light of the illegal/ unauthorized nature of the congressional committee’s demands in the first place? Andy has truly gone off the deep end ( mentally). Or else he’s trying to sell a book?

Regardless of what the ‘Judge’ says, I posted shortly after the acquittal vote was taken and the Chief Justice declared the end of the case, that Shiff and Nadler would be in Pelosi’s office within 24 hours telling her that they were launching “Impeachment 2.0.”
