If you imagine Bernie’s base would stay home, you were not listening to them in 2016, and you have not been listening to them in the years since.

They are seething.

They will run a candidate of their own (probably someone younger than Bernie, possibly Tulsi Gabbard) and they just might beat the Democrat nominee.

Which is why I will be voting Bernie in my open primary state.

If Democrats could work to stick Republicans with McCain and Romney then Republicans and independents can stick the Democrats with Sanders. And if they burn Bernie again it’s a three way race with the far left skimming votes from the left.

The sweetest irony? Bernie’s people are part of the dedicated extremists that have alway made up the Democrat vote manufacturing machine.

What you say is true and that is why the DNC is trying to be very careful. The trick is to make Bernie’s people believe he lost the primaries legitimately. That is why they took just enough votes away to keep him from winning but kept it very close. I get the temptation to go out and vote for him in your state primary but it seems like a dangerous game and l don’t like to tempt fate as a rule.

Democrats use religion. They trade upon it while twisting and perverting it’s teachings. They never live what they preach. They use it for their own ends and to influence others to obtain power.
They sup with the devil and eat from his plate, laugh at his jokes and kiss his robes.

Sometimes I wonder if the Dems will really run this sodomite weasel, just to get their first openly gay candidate out of the way.

I think they are pushing Buttg because Sanders is seen as being able to actually win the big primaries with enough delegates to have a majority at the convention. All they need to do is keep him below majority which is not difficult because there are no winner takes all rules. If no one has that majority then the Super Dlegates i.e. the DNC gets to make the choice and it will likely be Mrs Bill, especially if they foresee a sure loss in the election. Better to have Mrs Bill squashed and maybe finally sidelined for good. Then they can blame it on her quality as a candidate rather than having to admit to themselves that their own policies and record of the past 4 years has been abysmal.

In normal times your theory would be good but the thing is the rats view a Trump re-election as catastrophic. As much as they want to dispatch Hillary they will do pretty much anything to get Trump out of there so I don’t see them putting up a throw away candidate the way they would if someone like Bush or Romney was in there.
