When you zoom in you can almost make out the plate number.
It’s a dark blue plate, either not from FL or it’s a Florida Antique plate.

I’m sure Law Enforcement has techniques to find the perp based on plate number/type and vehicle registration.

He’ll be MAKING license plates before too long.
