Well, I used to be a SF 49s fan until Kapernick started the “take a knee” in protest crap. Now the SF Giants are stepping all over themselves with this crap. Now, I used be a Giants fan as well.
the giants are a truly lost organization. in just the past few months, their fanbase erupted because they hired a manager that may or may not have been tangentially connected to what could have been either a bad date or sexual assault - no one really knows. their fanbase swooned because the team hired a lesbian coach.
and now this.
He is absolutely right, that 2010 gave me my first “my team won” World Championship team and he was a huge reason. Of course Larry Bahr knocked his wifes cell phone out of her hand in public and he is gone too, so is Boochy, so is any chance of winning again for a long time. Its tough to be in San Francisco if you are a man.
Any fan or player that now takes part in this celebration is absolute garbage.

I’ve cancelled all things San Francisco. I’d say “piss on ‘em”, but that’s already being done in spades.

Those of us in central FL think of Huff as one of the better Devil Rays players in the early/mid 2000s, and as the person we traded for Ben Zobrist.
Zobrist was one of the best Rays players ever, and then went with Maddon to the Cubs, but he has suffered from family issues which seem to be ruining Ben’s career.
Huff had his own issues, mostly drug/alcohol, but this is absurd, as is most everything on the justice-shaming left.
