I can’t seem to find anything in the Constitution about blue slips.
Ronald Reagan?
Donald Trump?
Trump submitted her Einstein, not the 2 you are after as usual

Article I, Section 5, second paragraph:
Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Blue slips are a rule of the Senate. The Constitution gives the Senate the power to confirm Judges, how they do it is up to the Senate.

My logic was explained here by others. The “2 I am after as usual” are honoring the blue slip tradition regardless of the historic obstruction of Trump’s nominees by Democrats. POTUS is not free to pick any nominee here. The Senate is dictating acceptable nominees.
The person in question was still nominated by the President, not the Senate or Senators
He is free to pick or not pick a nominee and if the senate disagrees then he can pull it and nominate another
The Senate can agree or disagree, so this is like a chess match
Your inference was that the Senate would tell him who to nominate and he like a whipped dog would comply
Silly
True enough. I was just being grumpy.
